Indoor Pet Fences and Zones work the opposite of a Wireless Pet Fence. Wireless Fences are designed to keep a dog within an area, while the Indoor Fences and Zones keep your dog away from certain areas. Indoor Fences also consist of a transmitter and a collar. The transmitter is placed in an "off-limits" area. The transmitter sends out a circular "off-limits" zone. The collar, worn by the dog, will give the dog a static correction if the dog comes to close the "off-limits" area. Soon your dog will learn to avoid the protected area. You can purchase multiple transmitters to protect different areas of your home. One good example of where to use an Indoor Pet Fence is the kitchen/dining room. With the kitchen/dining room protected by an Indoor Fence, you won't have a dog begging while you eat. This will also keep your dog from stealing food from the counter or getting into the trash can. As stated before, you can protect multiple areas of your home by purchasing multiple transmitters. You can also add multiple dogs to your Indoor Pet Fence/Zone system by purchasing an additional collar for each dog you wish to add. |
